Meet Leah Martinson
I’m a Somatica trained coach with degrees in Psychology and Integrative Health Coaching, but my real credentials are the years I spent navigating my own messy transitions. I’ve walked this path myself from chronic people-pleasing to authentic living, through divorce as a single mother, and early perimenopause when my body felt like a complete stranger. I know what it’s like to feel dismissed by medical providers, to question your own reality, and to rebuild your life with intention while learning to trust your inner wisdom.
What makes my approach unique is that we don’t just talk about your challenges, we practice new ways of being together in real time. Through our relationship, you’ll experience what it feels like to be truly seen, to communicate vulnerably, and to trust your own knowing. The women I work with describe feeling like they’ve finally come home to themselves. They stop apologizing for taking up space, start having conversations they never thought possible, and learn the difference between keeping the peace and creating relationships that actually nourish them. When you finally stop abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable, everything changes.
